Following two hip surgeries, including a hip reconstruction, Tracie struggled with finding a fulfilling workout. Tracie started pilates a few years ago and was amazed at the results. Not only was she able to tone her body and become more flexible, pilates helped with her mental clarity. She was inspired to share this practice with others and started Tracie Smith Pilates to help people live more fulfilling and pain-free lives.
